How to create a new email account in cPanel?

  1. Log in to your cPanel account using your Mavi Cloud client credentials.
  2. Navigate to the "Email Accounts" section of cPanel, which can usually be found near the top of the page.
  3. Click on the "Create" button to begin creating a new email account.
  4. Enter the username you want to use for your email address. This will be the portion of your email address that appears before the "@" symbol.
  5. Choose the domain name for your email address from the dropdown list. If you have multiple domains, you can choose which domain you want to use for your email account.
  6. Create a strong and secure password for your email account. It's recommended to use a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols to make your password difficult to guess.
  7. Choose your mailbox quota, which determines how much storage space your email account will have. You can set a specific limit or choose "unlimited" if you don't want to set a limit.
  8. Click on the "Create Account" button to complete the process.

That's it! Your new email account has been created and you can start using it immediately. You can access your email account through cPanel's built-in webmail client or by configuring it in an email client like Microsoft Outlook or Apple Mail.

If you have any issues or questions about creating a new email account, Mavi Cloud's customer support team is available to assist you.
